Fulmer Library Interior Renovations

The Work includes and consists of furnishing all labor, operations, materials, accessories, incidentals, services and equipment indicated, specified, mentioned, scheduled or implied per the Bid Documents for work on the specific aforementioned project. The specific Work includes: Construction of a new wood framed mechanical penthouse, removal and replacement of roof top HVAC equipment and the installation of a new single-ply membrane roofing system, fascia metal, soffits and other related items of work as shown on the Bid Documents; and/or work not specifically mentioned which are necessary in order to provide a complete project shall be included in the Bid and shall conform to all Local, State, and Federal requirements in accordance with the requirements, terms, specifications, conditions, and provisions hereinafter contained. The work may commence February 15, 2023 and shall be "substantially completed" no later than May 31, 2023, as indicated in the bid documents and bid form. In determining the lowest responsive bid, the Owner will consider all acceptable bids on a basis consistent with the Bid package. The Owner will also consider whether the bidder is a responsible bidder. All Bids must be signed and accompanied by evidence of authority to sign. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond (penal sum form), certified check, or cashiers check in the amount of 5% of the bid proposal. The bid security shall be drawn upon a surety company with a rating of A or better according to the Best publication and licensed in the State of Wyoming. Said bid security shall be forfeited to Sheridan County as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instruction to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all Bids. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within forty-five (45) days after the date of the opening thereof.
