Description: This work will generally consist of provision and installation of two new boilers, two new circulation pumps, and one new expansion tank complete with all plumbing, electrical, mechanical, control work, and incidentals; disposal of existing boilers, expansion tank, circulation pumps, and any other non-reused components; submission of Focus on Energy grants; startup, testing and balancing (including reports); mobilization, demobilizing, and cleanup; for providing submittals and O&M information, and for any other incidentals necessary to perform the work per the Standard Specifications.
