Description

The Houston Community College, (HCC and/or the College) is seeking competitive sealed bids from qualified general contractors for the Campus Improvements Project, at HCCs West Houston Expansion Campus, in accordance with the plans and specifications referenced herein. The Contractor shall be required to furnish all material, labor, tools, supplies, permits, equipment, transportation, superintendence, barricades, temporary protection, bracing, shoring, temporary construction of every nature, compliance with all mandated code. insurance, bonds taxes, contributions and all services and facilities, unless specifically excepted, to install all materials, items, and equipment for the complete turn-key project for the Campus Improvements Project at HCCs West Houston Expansion Campus, located at, 22910 Colonial Parkway, Katy. The first part of the project consists of installing a water line and hose bib on the roof of the building. 2. The second part of the project consist of providing and installing new flagpoles on the South side of the building. 3. The third part of the project consists of providing and installing hail guards on all mechanical rooftop equipment. 4. The fourth part of this project consists of providing and installing backerrod and caulk to close the gap of the floating staircase in the main atrium of the building. 5. The fifth part of this project consists of providing and installing reflectorstrips between the parking lot and the building for safer pedestrian travel. 6. The final part of this project consists of installing a new sink, fixtures, and run all the necessary supply and drainage to operate a sink in the president's suite located on the 3 rd floor of the building.
