| Description | The Holyoke Housing Authority invites sealed bids to provide cleaning services at four residential towers, for a two-year contract.All inquiries regarding this bid shall be directed to James Woods, Purchasing Assistant at jwoods@holyoke housing.org . The Holyoke Housing Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in, or to reject any and all bids if it be in the public interest to do so. Bids will be subject to approval and award by the Board of Commissioners of the Holyoke Housing Authority. Bids will be irrevocable for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening.
