Description

Lead Based Paint and Asbestos Inspection Services firms to provide LBP inspections, risk assessments, post-rehabilitation lead clearance test and asbestos inspection services necessary to complete a North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA) Essential Single Family Rehabilitation Loan Pool (ESFRLP20) Project. The ESFRLP20 Project consists of essential housing rehabilitation for approximately five (5) single family dwellings and will be financed with $190,000 of NCHFA funds (100% of total program costs.).
