Description

Work consists of resurfacing and re-striping of the Theodore Oaks Shopping Center parking lot, located at 5808 US-90 West E, Theodore, AL, 36582. The overall existing layout and parking arrangements will be maintained, and the existing drainage pattern on the site with be retained. Approximately 1,700 tons of asphalt will be used to construct the project, driveway turnouts/aprons, and speed bumps. Parking bumpers will also be included in select areas to aid in the delineation of the parking lot from the storefronts.
