| Description | Rebuild 3 existing pneumatic control panels for the air handlers. Install all new controls and gauges. Install new freeze stats for each air handler. Install all new fresh air hot deck and bypass dampers with new damper motors and linkage for each air handler. Install 6 new air diaphragms for the main steam valves. Install and calibrate 46 classroom thermostats and damper motors. Cap off any existing pneumatic lines that are no longer used. Remove the lines back to main line and cap off. Install 3 new aqua stats to turn fans on when up to temperature. Check operation of the air compressor. Install new belts and filters. Change the oil. Replace any leaking plastic air lines as needed. Check the complete operation of system when all work is completed. Go over operation of system with the building engineer. |
