Description

Provide construction services required for the remodel of eight (8) existing public restrooms, four (4) located at the Yavapai casino with remaining four (4) at the Bucky`s casino. Work includes but not limited to, the installation of new partitions, vanities, toilets, flooring, wall tile, lighting, all accessories, and electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services. Bidders shall quantify their own required linear distances and or square footages.
