Replacement of Courthouse Roof - FP-2022-62-RS - Delaware County

The existing Courthouse roof is of a historical nature and has moved beyond the end of its useful life and the ability to make minor repairs. The Public Works Department will contract with an architect to complete design documentation for the repair and restoration of the roof. Construction is targeted to begin in later in the year and continue into 2024. The project is included in the county's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of March 11, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
