Victory Park Pavilion Project

The Victory Park Pavilion project includes the construction of a 28-foot x 56-foot pavilion with reinforced concrete slab, electrical service, lighting, and various appurtenances. Also included is a water service for a drinking fountain. Questions can be asked of Wightman, Suzannah Deneau The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price. Bond forms are included in the Contract Documents. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. The use of local contractors and labor is encouraged.
