| Description | The proposed improvement consists of sidewalk, ADA ramps, curb and gutter and driveway pavement removal and replacement and all necessary adjustments, incidentals and appurtenances as shown in the plans in various locations throughout the City of Peoria. All proposals must be accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier's check, or a bid bond for not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory Performance Bond for the full amount of the contract, with sureties, to be approved by the City Stormwater Engineer. Compliance with the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act is required under this contract. The City of Peoria reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals. |
