Mechanical improvements to a 1 and 2 Story Vehicle Repair Shop and Office, mixed-use building. Mechanical improvements include boiler replacements, gas-fired unit heater replacements, gas-fired radiant heater replacements, new Welding Shop exhaust system and limited area sprinkler system.
