Disposal of the existing Oil Boiler any Piping, Boiler Controls, Flue Piping, Electrical and all other items in a legal manner. 3. If Needed, remove and Re-Pour a new Concrete Pad for the new Boiler. 4. Install Quantity (3) new Oil 3 Pass Water Boilers (3) Utica TRB6130 Boilers or equivalent Total Capacity 546,000 Input MBH 477,000 Heating Capacity MBH 414,000 I=B=R Net Output Includes High Limit Controls with LED Display and Low Water Cut-Off Functionality Beckett AFG Burners 87% AFUE Energy Star. 5. Install Argo MBC-AMB4BUB Energy Management System. 6. Provide and Install all necessary Power and Control Wiring. 7. Install any new Heating and Oil Piping as Required. 8. Install all necessary Pipes, Fittings and Valves Primary and Secondary Piping. 9. Install new Flue Pipe. 10. Re-insulate all piping as required. 11. Install new System Circulator Pumps. 12. Start, Test and Commission the New Oil Boiler System after installation. |
