Bidders may go to the Recreation Center during regular business hours to take needed measurements, etc. to prepare your bids. Envelopes containing bids are to be addressed to Letcher County Fiscal Court, Letcher County Courthouse, 156 Main Street, Suite 107, Whitesburg, Kentucky 41858. The envelopes must be sealed and must clearly show the name and address of the bidder, the date and time of bid opening, and the statement "Bid for Recreation Center Basketball Court" or - Bid for Recreation Center Flooring or "Bid for Recreation Center Parking Lot". Bids may be withdrawn up to twenty-four (24) hours prior to opening. Letcher County Fiscal Court reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or information in any bids and to make an award in any manner consistent with law deemed in the best interest of Letcher County
