The owners are soliciting proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide construction services to renovate the facade of 139 West Dominick Street in Rome, NY. Please provide bids broken down in the following categories. Some or all the categories of work will be implemented, based on what can be accomplished within the project budget. The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials and equipment required for the complete execution of all work described in the Scopes of Work. No partial proposals will be accepted.
