Design and Installation of a Photovoltaic Electrical Generation Systems for the City of Durham

Through this request for proposal (RFP), notice is hereby given that the City of Durham, North Carolina, General Services Department, is seeking qualified Companies for the turnkey design and installation of four rooftop solar photovoltaic (PV) systems for onsite energy generation at the following City properties: A. Water Management Mist Lake Facility located at 1600 Mist Lake Drive Durham, NC 27704 B. Police Headquarters located at 602 E. Main Street Durham, NC 27701 C. Public Works Operations Center located at 1100 MLK, Jr. Parkway Durham, NC 27707 D. City Hall located at 101 City Hall Plaza Durham, NC 27701 NOTE: Separate contracts will be awarded for Project A. Water Management (Stand Alone) and Projects B. + C. + D. due to project delivery timelines. Bidders must submit pricing for all four (4) projects as outlined on the provided Bid Proposal form.
