To make improvements to Alicia rsquos drainage system. During rainfall events, the majority of the storm water flows down the streets which causes flooding and erosion. The storm water flows down the streets due to areas where the ditches adjacent to the street are inadequate or a ditch does not exist. In addition, a lot of the existing culverts are inadequate or plugged which causes storm water to overflow into the streets. This project is to reconstruct the existing ditches, clean the existing culverts, and install new culverts. The City of Alicia is interested in acquiring the services of an engineering firm or individual to provide services for the above-referenced project.
