Mercer County Park Commission requests bids for the purchase, delivery, and installation of the following individual fencing projects located within the Mercer County Park System. Location Sommer Park Deer Exclosure - The Mercer County Park Commission requests bids for the purchase, delivery, and installation of an estimated 3200’ of 8’ galvanized deer fence with one Hi-tensile top wire. This site requires installation within an intact forest. One 12’ equipment gate and one 4’ pedestrian gate will be installed in this exclosure. Project location: Wertsville Road, Hopewell Township, NJ 08530 Baldpate Mountain Deer Exclosure - The Mercer County Park Commission requests bids for the purchase, delivery, and installation of 8’ galvanized deer fence with one Hi-tensile top wire at a reforestation site. This exclosure will be installed along the perimeter of a field, adjacent to trail and forest and will consist of one five acre field and possibly one smaller 1.5 acre field. Pricing for both fencing sites at Baldpate Mountain is requested. Specifications for five acre field include an estimated 2000’of 8’ galvanized deer fence with one Hitensile top wire. One 6’ wide deer gate will be installed. Specifications for small exclosure include an estimated 850’of 8’ galvanized deer fence with one Hitensile top wire. One 6’ wide deer gate will be installed.
