Park Shelters Roof Repairs

Remove existing roofing and replace all fascia and install roof underlayment adhering to the specifications included in this bid document. (Aluminum drip edge, ridge vents, pipe boots, ice and water shield at penetrations). Include Limited Lifetime warranty, fungus resistant architectural grade shingles. Clean up and haul away all job-related debris. Site locations: 1. Biltmore Hills - 2615 Fitzgerald Dr, shelters #6 & #7. 2. Carolina Pines - 2305 Lake Wheeler Rd, shelter #12. 3. Lake Johnson - 4601 Avent Ferry Rd, shelter #37. 4. Lake Wheeler - 6404 Lake Wheeler Rd, shelter #45 & #46. 5. Spring Park- 1422 Collegeview Ave, shelter #82. 6. Tarboro - 121 North Tarboro St, shelter #83. Additional General information 1. Bidders should measure the shelters on site, the measurements provided are estimates and need to be verified and the shelters may have different roof pitches. 2. Shingle color (Brown) to be provided in addendum. 3. Re-Roofing means remove all shingles, felt, facia board and drip edge, then replace the felt (regular), shingles (architectural 30 yr. warranty), facia (P.T., size as existing), and drip edge (brown). 4. A material contingency will be added to the bid form in case of rotted lumber uncovered during shingle removal, that will need to be replaced.
