Southwest WWTP Perimeter Landscape Improvement Project

Removal of the existing Areca palm screen hedge, including root balls, and replaced with a shade tree and hedge buffer based on the Town of Davie code requirements. Additionally, the existing wood fence will be replaced with a chain link fence of PVC coated, galvanized, steel wire. The trees and hedge will be set back 17-feet from the new fence, and the new fence will be installed at a set-back distance of 3 feet from the property line. New plantings will be mulched with shredded hardwood. Additionally, an irrigation system, consisting of piping system, electrical system, sprinkler heads, nozzles, drip components, valves, controller and weather/soil sensor will be provided to irrigate the new landscape
