| Description | As of May 30, 2023, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. Work of the Project includes: 1. Demolition of the first run (ground floor to second floor landing) of the remaining steel pan, concrete filled stairs and railings deemed to be unsafe, non-ADA compliant with current building codes and/or in need of replacement at both project sites. 2. Replacement of the first run (ground floor to second floor landing) of the demoed existing stairs and railings with precast concrete tread and risers supported by steel stringers and ADA compliant railings.
