Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Project for East North Street Academy

Provide, deliver, install, and complete the HVAC Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The project jobsite is as follows: East North Street Academy, 1720 East North Street, Greenville, South Carolina 29607. HVAC project consists of the following: 1. Replacing twelve (12) existing rooftop units (RTU’s) with owner-provided Trane RTU’s, 2. Installing new copper drain lines, 3. Removing air valves from VAV boxes, 4. Installing Round In/Round Out dampers on each VAV box, 5. Replacing piping package on each VAV box, 6. Installing Bipolar Ionization in the duct past each VAV box, as well as in units, 7. Hooking up new RTU’s to the building’s existing Trane building management system, 8. Replacing controllers on VAV boxes, 9. Removing electrical conduits from the roof, 10. Running electrical conduit under the roof deck as needed, 11. Tying RTU’s into the existing JCI fire alarm system, 12. Replacing two (2) mini-splits, and 13. Coordinating with the roofing contractor that will replace the school roof over the summer.
