Description

Convert two (2) first level restrooms to ensure each bathroom is fully ADA compliant, including demolition of existing fixtures and partitions. Material measurements as well as stall dimensions, width of doors, width of passageway, height of sinks, inclusion of railings inside stalls, etc. are the responsibility of the bidder. Further, a few cosmetic issues may also be addressed inside these restrooms. The restroom conversions need to be completed on or about March 15, 2021 due to Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding requirements.
