Euclid Alley & Crystal Circle Sewer Improvements

The project consists of two sewer main improvements, one in Euclid Alley and the other in Crystal Circle. The Euclid Alley Sewer Main Replacement consists of the installation approximately 750 LF of new sewer pipe and manholes, reconnecting existing sewer services, and abandoning existing manholes. The Crystal Circle Sewer Main Repair consists of a sewer main pipe repair, water service line replacement and associated pavement repair. Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Contact information and submittal procedures for such questions are as follows: A. The prime Contract will be split into two phases to cover two separate sewer replacement and repair projects, with the first in Euclid Alley and the second in Crystal Circle. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bids shall include pricing to meet Buy American/AIS and Davis Bacon wages requirements per Federal regulations. Bidding Documents will be provided to prospective Bidders as electronic PDF files. Bidding Documents are available as electronic portable document format (PDF) files. Alternatively, printed Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office via in-person pick-up, for a nonrefundable charge of $25 per set. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Roaring Fork Engineering. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. A 5% bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
