RFP Design - Phillips Park Golf Course Master Plan

Description: The City of Aurora requests proposals to assist in the development of a Comprehensive Master Plan for the golf course at Phillip's Park. The improvements to be included in the Plan, which will be implemented over the next 10 years and (potentially) beyond, may include (but not be limited to) the addition or reconfiguration of cart paths, tees, greens, bunkers, water features, trees and landscaping. The submittal requirements, selection criteria, and a more detailed scope of expected services can be downloaded from the City's website at no cost. The City of Aurora may disqualify a consultant for outstanding debts to the City. 3. The City of Aurora encourages minority business firms to submit proposals and encourages the successful contract firm to utilized minority businesses as sub-contractors for supplies, equipment, and services. 4. Submission of a proposal shall be conclusive assurance and warranty the consultant has examined the request for proposal and understands all requirements for the performance of work. The consultant will be responsible for all errors in the proposal resulting from failure or neglect to conduct an in depth examination.
