The civil engineering and architecture firms to develop plans and specifications for the design of the Coyote Hills Housing Project immediately west of Worley, Idaho. Included in the design shall be a geotechnical report, topographic survey, proposed site grading, water and sewer utilities, proposed water well location and water storage reservoir location and design, stormwater drainage system, franchise utility design, roadway design, driveways, off-street parking areas, sidewalks, landscaping plan, fencing, three unique home designs for single-family houses, a complete design for a four (4) unit apartment building, a complete design for a six (6) unit apartment building, and all other necessary components of a fully functioning mixed-use housing development.
