Displayed understanding of this project's required scope of work. Design and Administration approach to the project requirements. Experience with design build single point of responsibility is a consideration Previous experience with Windsor Public Building Commission Projects. All Firms submitted fee(s) for design and administrative services cost. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
