Riverside Door Access Project

The City desires to purchase and have installed Door Access Hardware for 26 doors and 8 gates. The City is seeking competitive quotes from qualified Contractors to provide, install, and warrant door access hardware for 34 new door access locations. All wiring will go back to a central location in the building where the controllers will be located. Controllers will then be connected to a city provided switch. All readers must be Seos compatible, and controllers must be mercury (Genetec). 100 HID cards must be provided by vendor Genetec licenses will be required along with 5-year advantage plan for each door All questions must be submitted in writing to the proposal correspondent named above. Questions must be received by 10:00 a.m., October 18th, 2023. A list of questions and answers will be provided to all known proposers and by request. Requests may be made to the proposal correspondent named above. The City of Gainesville reserves the right to waive any technicalities and to reject or accept any Proposal. Comprehensive General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence
