Description

To fulfill all aspects of the Section 130 program to reduce the number and severity of crashes at public railway-highway at grade crossings. A Railway-Highway crossing is a junction where a roadway, bike trail or pedestrian path crosses the railroad track at the same level or grade. In Nevada, there are approximately two hundred eighty-one (281) such crossings on public roads. The crossings are located in urban and rural areas statewide.
