Installation of Cross-Drain Pipes with Headwalls at Inlet and Outlet end of Pipes at River Cove Road. The Meriwether County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to waive any requirements, formalities or informalities or to reject any and all proposals, to evaluate proposals, and to accept any proposal that, in its opinion, may be in the best interest of the county.
