Hawthorn Center Boiler Maintenance Replacement

Boiler Addition – Room D-27: The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Provide new natural gas condensing boiler in Room D-27. 2. Provide new boiler breeching, heating hot water piping, gas piping, piping components and all associated accessories. 3. Provide new controls for new boilers. 4. Rework existing roof penetrations or provide new roof penetrations as required to accommodate new boiler breeching thru roof. 5. Provide electrical modifications as required to accommodate new boiler. Boiler Maintenance Replacement – Rooms D-27, G-3 and H-101: The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Demolish existing boilers in Rooms D-27 and G-3. 2. Provide new natural gas condensing boilers in Rooms, D-27, G-3 and H-101. 3. Provide new boiler breeching, heating hot water piping components and all associated accessories. 4. Provide new controls for new boilers. 5. Rework existing roof penetrations or provide new roof penetrations as required to accommodate new boiler breeching thru roof. 6. Rework existing piping as required to accommodate new boilers. 7. Provide electrical modifications as required to accommodate boiler replacement.
