| Description | To repair and replace portions of galvalume roof and wood structure/sheathing on the Covered Slips Pavilion at Fairhope Docks located at 848 Sea Cliff Drive, Fairhope, Alabama. Work shall include, provide all labor, equipment, materials and incidentals to complete the following work, including but not limited to: 1. Replace missing galvalume roofing panels lost to wind impacts from HC Sally - Minimum 425 SQ. FT. 2. Refasten and/or replace all roof panel fasteners within the entire field - ± 9,600 SQ. FT. 3. Repair and/or replace all damaged top plates, rafters, purlins, bracing and all other wood superstructure. 4. Add additional X-Bracing as shown on plan 5. Replace all fascia skirting (T1-11 Siding) at upper end of covered slips |
