A. Section includes the use of and/or the modifications of the following government specifications a. City of Houston, Texas, Department of Public Works and Engineering. Standard of Construction Specifications for Wastewater Collection Systems, Water Lines, Storm Drainage, Street Paving, and Traffic as adopted by the City of Houston in 2019 and any current amendments thereto. b. Harris County Engineering Department Standard Engineering Design Specifications for Construction and Maintenance of Roads and Bridges, Revised 2017 and current revisions thereto. c. Harris County Flood Control District 2005 Standard Specifications for Construction Book and current revisions thereto. d. Texas Highway Department. Standard Specification for Construction and Maintenance of Highways, Streets and Bridges November 2014 or current revisions thereto Scope of Work of the Contract Documents includes the following: Water, Sanitary Sewer, and Drainage to Serve Breckenridge East Section 10. Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond or a certified or cashiers check, acceptable to the Owner, in an amount not less than two percent (2%) of the total amount Bid
