Site work for a water / sewer project in Mercedes, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. The Project includes the following work: Proposed Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Existing Septic Systems Decommissioning, and Proposed Lift Station for Capisallo Terrace Subdivision. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Prospective bidders shall obtain an official set of bidding documents and be registered with the issuing office to be permitted to bid on the project. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents or electronic documents on USB will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service.
