This is a NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H701-24-R-00003 Whiteriver HVAC Upgrades & USP 797-800 Compliance (Whiteriver, AZ) a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about November 20, 2023 and will remain open for approximately 45 calendar . SCOPE OF WORK: The purpose of this project is for a contractor to provide renovation of the existing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems serving the hospital operating rooms and Central Sterilization, dental clinic exhaust, and specialty service building server room as well as upgrades to the hospital inpatient pharmacy to comply with United States Pharmacopeia standards 797 & 800 on the Whiteriver Indian Hospital campus in Whiteriver AZ. LOCATION OF PROJECT: All work shall be performed at the Whiteriver Indian Hospital, which is at 200 West Hospital Drive, Whiteriver, Arizona, 85941. PERIOD OF : The contract Period of is 365 calendar from date of notice of proceed. CONSTRUCTION : The of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, in accordance with FAR 36.204(f).
