Base bid of metal building and include excavation, backfill, grading, surfacing, asphalt approach, power slide gate, chain link fence, sewer service extension, and water service extension quanitities of which are indicated in the bid form. There are four alternative bids: asphalt pavement, concrete pavement, cold storage concrete slab, additional overhead doors, front entrance canopy, and back entrance canopy. the project is located along bia 10 between iron nation street and crazy horse street on the south side of lower brule, SD.
