The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities: 100 S Y Remove and Replace Bituminous Driveways 25 S Y Remove and Replace Concrete Driveways 1,000 C Y Excavation - Common 1,800 C Y Excavation - Subgrade 1,800 C Y Select Granular Embankment (CV) 600 C Y Aggregate Base (CV) Class 5 300 TON Type SP 9.5 Wearing Course Mix (3,C) 500 TON Type SP 12.5 Non Wear Course Mix (3,C) 1,100 L F 8" PVC Sanitary Sewer 200 L F 15" HPDE Storm Culverts 1,140 L F 8" PVC Watermain The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Rogers shall comply with the provisions of the statute. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days. Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
