Planning, property acquisition and development of Public Market. Creation of a Public Market is meant to increase access to fresh, healthy foods, showcase the communitys diversity, and provide a new opportunity for locally owned and operated businesses to grow. This project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and funding for construction is allotted for FY 2025 and FY 2026 for.
