| Description | Provide supplemental sidewalk snow clearing to a pre-determined network of City streets, for the City of Syracuse, as specified. The program shall utilize proper snow clearing equipment that is operated by trained personnel to remove snow, ice or hard pack from sidewalks, pathways, corners and crosswalks, located within the municipal Right-of-Way. 3” of snow accumulation is the standard trigger for clearing/deployment. The City will reserve the right to request additional deployments even when the 3” trigger has not been reached. |
