Description

Union County Public Schools is soliciting bids for paving existing gravel parking in designated areas of the UCPS Transportation Center located at 3319 Goldmine Road, Monroe, NC 28110. Union County Public Schools seeks quotes for the above referenced project. Scope of work is described on Exhibit 1. Any applicable plans and specifications are referenced therein. Bid Bond (5% of Total Bid) Performance, Payment Bonds (100% of award value) Ju1y 26, 2022 Notice to Proceed released August 12, 2022 Substantial Completion August 16, 2022 Final Completion UCPS reserves the right to award this project in a method considered to be most advantageous.
