Description | The State of Maryland Department of Education (MSDE) is soliciting bids for the purpose of contracting with a Vendor to provide painting services at the Workforce and Technology Center (WTC) for the Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS). Place of Work: Work will be completed at the Division of Rehabilitation Services, Workforce and Technology Center, 2301 Argonne Drive, Baltimore, Maryland 21218. A single (or Multiple) contract will be awarded to the Offeror that best meets the needs of the evaluation criteria. The anticipated term of the contract resulting from this solicitation shall begin on or about January 30, 2023, and terminate on April 30, 2023. Question Deadline 01/06/2023 at 2:00 PM ET All questions should be addressed in writing to the Procurement Officer either through eMMA or at Victoria.bell@maryland.gov. Please put the RFQ # and Title in the subject line of your email. The procurement officer will email all participants a confirmation of the date and time for the site visit. Appendix C must be brought to the meeting to be allowed entry. Deadline for requests is December 27, 2022, by 2:00 p.m The WTC is a comprehensive vocational rehabilitation center. The mission of the center is to enable persons with disabilities to be independent and productive by providing comprehensive vocational rehabilitation services. WTC is a 295,000 square foot facility. Major organizational components include Vocational Training programs, a college-style dormitories, other vocational services and DORS headquarters and district administrative offices. Due to a recent move of offices, DORS has had to modify previous space for employees. The modification includes the painting of the areas within this RFQ. |
