| Description | UNFs Department of Housing and Residence Life may need to supplement full-time staff in the maintenance and preparation of student rooms and other public spaces in the residential living areas. The term of this Agreement will be for an initial period of five (5) years, with an option to renew based on satisfactory performance and the written approval of both parties for one (1) additional five (5) year period.
