Civic Center Fencing

Sealed bids for New Fencing at the Carroll County Civic Center will be received by Carroll County Government. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, bearing on the outside the name and address of the Bidder and the project information "BID FOR CIVIC CENTER FENCING". The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality, the right to accept or reject the lowest or best bid, and negotiate minor points with the successful bidder. The Purchasing Committee of Carroll County Government is the final arbiter of all questions concerning the bids.
