The project consists of installing a new sanitary main by boring and casing, and associated elements under US Highway 62 near 16th Street in Chickasha, Oklahoma. Upon consideration of the proposal, the Chickasha Municipal Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals, to waive technicalities and to make any investigation deemed necessary concerning the proponent ability to provide the services as covered by the specifications, and to accept what in their judgment is the most advantageous proposal. Due to the type of project this is, the contractor will not be able to use tax exempt on this project.
