This project consists of the Contractor providing all labor, equipment, materials, supplies etc. necessary to restore all windows, window frames, surrounding wood jambs and supporting wood frames and shutters back to their original design effectiveness and/or efficiency All Minority Business Enterprise are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
