HVAC Planned Preventative Maintenance (Quarterly visits) and Hourly Rate for Repairs

New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance (NYS OTDA) is seeking a qualified Contractor to provide HVAC planned preventive maintenance (quarterly visits), and, an hourly rate for repairs. The term of the agreement is to be for a period of 2 years beginning on July 21, 2022, or the release of a Purchase Order to the awarded vendor, whichever comes later. Repairs are to be made only after request is made by NYS OTDA personnel authorized to make said request. Repairs are to be requested only on an as needed basis, and no repairs are guaranteed as part of this RFQ. Only materials used by the contractor for repairs performed under the hourly rate will be at an additional cost to OTDA and added to the invoice. The charge for the material to OTDA shall be at vendor cost, no markup is allowed. Proof of cost of materials shall be included with the contractor's invoice.
