Janitorial Services for Twin Points Park

The District is currently seeking bids for a contractor to provide Janitorial Services at our Twin Points Park for the summer months. The Tarrant Regional Water District reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous response to the Invitation to Bid and other parts of the Contract Documents, or any applicable Statute or Code. Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the Procurement Website. Response to questions posted on the Procurement Website will be posted on the website by the District for the benefit of all bidders. A response will be given for questions submitted by 5:00 p.m. on May 8, 2023. Services included but not limited to: Monitor all garbage bins onsite, ensuring that the premises remains tidy, and no garbage is spilling out/on the floor. Empty garbage and replace bin liners as garbage cans become full. Clean all restrooms onsite. Clean all break rooms onsite. Clean building entryways and around buildings. Sanitize all common high-traffic surfaces.
