| Description | Bids are being received for the: Baker Grove Road Improvements Project All bidders must comply with all general and special instructions. Sealed bids must be delivered to the above listed address. All information pertaining to bid number, bid description, bidder and opening date must be listed on the sealed envelope. All bids must be delivered to the address listed above no later than the time and date indicated. The City of Acworth reserves the right to waive any or all informalities, accept or reject any or all bids, to re-advertise and award in the best interest of the City. The site of the proposed work is located at located at Baker Grove Road from Baker Road to Hickory Grove Road, Acworth, Georgia, 30101. B. The Contractor shall accept the Site in its present condition and carry out all work in accordance with the requirements of Specifications and as indicated on the Drawings. C. The Contractor, before submitting a bid shall visit the Site and acquaint himself with the actual conditions and the location of any or all obstructions that may exist on the Site.
