Walker Street Sewer Main Replacement and Related Work

As of June 8, 2023, project was awarded to J.H. Maxymillian, Inc for the Base Bid amount of $319,930.20. Walker Street Sewer Main Replacement and Related Work. Work includes replacement of approximately 390 linear feet of sewer line on Walker Street from MassDOT Station 1+86 (Trinity Church) to Station 5+76 (#102 Walker St.) and related work. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Sewer and Water, for the project with an estimated value of $195,510.00, will be required. Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. All questions must be answered and the data given must be clear and comprehensive. This statement must be notarized. If necessary, questions may be answered on separate attached sheets. The Bidder may submit any additional information he desires. All bids are to be opened on Thursday, April 27, 2023 at 2:00pm. Begin Work: May 15, 2023 Substantial Completion: November 1, 2023 Final Completion: November 15, 2023 The Contractor must satisfy himself/herself, by his/her own investigation and research, regarding conditions affecting the work to be done and the plant, equipment, labor, and materials needed, and make his/her bid in sole reliance thereon. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials, tools, plant and equipment, and do all the work necessary to furnish and install and complete the work in accordance with the Special Provisions, the Plans and the Standard Specifications.
