Description

The project consists of (3) separate athletic facility buildings and site improvements, which includes locker rooms, restrooms, concessions, and press box. Building #1 is 1,000 sf, building #2 is 2,000 sf, and building #3 is 3,000 sf for a total of 6,000 square feet of new construction. All (3) buildings consist of CMU wall construction, cold-formed steel interior walls, cold-formed steel roof trusses, metal roof deck, PVC single-ply roofing system, acoustic lay-in ceilings, manufactured steel lockers, and millwork.
